Nicolas Whybrow is Emeritus Professor of Urban Performance Studies at the Department of Theatre and Performance Studies at Warwick. He served as the Head of the School of Theatre & Performance and Cultural & Media Policy Studies and as a member of University Senate. He is a member of the Coventry Biannial of Contemporary Art advisory board. His published works include Contemporary Art Biennials in Europe: the Work of Art in the Complex City, Urban Sensographies, and Performance Research 'On Drifting' issue.
