Droznin, Andrei

Practitioner

Andrei Droznin was born in 1938 in Lvov in Poland, in what then became Ukraine and part of the Soviet Union. He moved to Moscow after his first degree in engineering and went into professional theatre practice as a movement teacher and director at the end of the 1960s.  He teaches today mainly at the Shchukin Academy, Moscow, where he is Head of the Stage Movement Department. He has also taught extensively around the world, especially in the USA. Paul Allain
